- Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1500. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
- Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product seal remains intact. Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, or the seal has been tampered with.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To initiate a return, you must provide an unboxing video as proof that the product seal was not broken and the product was received in its original condition. This helps us ensure the integrity of our products.

Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at customer@sonaiandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and the unboxing video as an attachment.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item as per the return policy and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift Cards: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Be sure to include photos and an unboxing video as proof.
