CARE & MAINTENANCE

Keep It Cool: Store your butter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat. Because it’s made without stabilizers or waxes, it may soften or melt in warm temperatures — a sign of purity, not a flaw.

Avoid Water Contact: Always use clean, dry fingers or a spatula to scoop your butter. Water can introduce bacteria and shorten its shelf life.

If It Melts — Don’t Worry: Natural butters may melt in transit or heat. Simply refrigerate for 20–30 minutes; its whipped texture may change, but the nourishment remains unchanged.

Use Within 6 Months of Opening: For the most luxurious experience, use your body butter within six months of opening. Our blends are freshly handcrafted and free from synthetic preservatives.

Return or Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange orders are processed after the returned item is picked up.
In case your chosen product goes out of stock, our team will contact you to help select an alternative.
Return & Exchange will cost you the shipping charge.
Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once.
Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further return or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credit
We currently issue refunds only in the form of Store Credit.
Store Credit will be shared via email within 24 hours of pickup confirmation.
Store Credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
Credit will cover the sale amount of returned items; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged / Defective / Missing Items

Please report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us with images and details using the link above.
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as applicable.
